Are you sure those birds aren’t photoshopped? Seems to me there are 3 different bird-shaped paintbrushes used.
No, I’m not sure that those birds were not added in Photoshop.
I already saw few images in Spotlight, which were added balloons or birds.
But this image I found only with these birds without any variations.
