I struggled at first with the caption “Lighthouse Tourlitis of Chora in Andros island”. I have seen that this title can be found at several places on the web, but the fact is that the lighthouse is located on the rock Tourlitis in the harbour bay of the town Andros on the island of the same name. Eventually, Wikipedia informed me that “Chora (meaning ‘Town’ in Greek), is often used as the name of the main town on an island, following the common practice in Greece when the name of the island itself is the same as the name of the principal town”. In this respect, the caption is correct after all, even if it is somewhat confusing.
