  • The image above is not titled very well.

    The image shows 2 main focal points, the courtyard which is up front as first, then the Eiffel Tower in the background as second.

    Here is the correct name for the image:

    Palais de Chaillot courtyard (aka Palais du Trocadéro courtyard),
    Eiffel Tower,
    Paris,
    France.

    Please note: since the name of “Trocadéro” is not a town, city, province or state, then it is proper and I would say required, to clarify what the name belongs to. In this case, it is a “courtyard”.

    The courtyard used to be named “Palais du Trocadéro”, but in 1937, it was partly demolished for the Exposition Internationale. They rebuilt it to become the “Palais de Chaillot courtyard”.
