There is no “tea valley”, the landscape shows “tea plantations” which is likely over “Blue Valley” in Cameron Highlands. LIkely the city or town in the distance is Tanah Rata.
The closest valley that uses the word “tea” is “Gaharu Tea Valley, in Gopeng District”.
Unfortunately, even people who post their images at Getty’s cannot properly name them.
I took it as being a “valley view” of tea and balloons
