This is rather obviously a rising rather than a setting daylight. The Moon is waning, with the Sun obviously to its left. You can only see a waning Moon crescent close to a Sun even closer than it to the horizon in the morning. I think the architectonic situation in Prague also rather should suggest that we’re looking at the bridge’s eastern end.
